Swimming pool, fitness area, tepidarium (warm relaxing area): from 7:30 am to 8:00 pm
Sauna area: 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Appointment booking
Due to high demand, we recommend that you book your spa appointments well in advance of your arrival. For bookings please contact us on: +43-5583-3140. We will also be happy to take your reservation in person at the vitalSPA reception desk where we can give you expert advice on choosing your personal program.

Cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the start of a treatment. Please note that appointments cancelled at short notice will be charged.

SPA etiquette
The vitalSPA is a recreation and relaxation area for all our guests. Please turn off your mobile phones and refrain from drinking alcohol. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the entire SPA area. We recommend to use the bathrobes and slippers that have been provided for you in your room.

Children in vitalSPA
Indoor swimming pool: our little guests can fully enjoy the pool area daily from 10:00 am to 5.30 pm when supervised by an adult.
Sauna: from 12 years of age when accompanied by an adult
Solarium: from 18 years of age
Fitness area: from 16 years of age
